Welcome

Hello and welcome to the website of Katherine Lambacher.

My work with computers started in early 1997 as a web developer. I enjoyed it so much, I decided to pursue a degree in Computer Science. Over the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to work for a variety of organizations, from non-profits to large corporations, including a 16 month industrial internship with Nortel Networks corporation.

Lately the focus of much of my work has been database development, primarly with Microsoft SQL Server and ASP. I have assisted organizations in migrating from older systems as well as creating new interactive databases from the ground up.

Note: I am currently taking a maternity leave and am not accepting any new projects. If you are trying to fill a full-time permanent position, please check out my résumé. If you are interested in hiring a database programmer or a consultant for a technical project, I am available for small consultations with 1-2 weeks notice and for larger projects scheduled 1-3 months in advance, depending on the size of the project and current commitments.
